We are honored that you are applying to St. Francis Xavier Catholic School (SFXCS) for the 2025-2026 school year. The decision to enroll your children in our school means that you recognize the worth of a Christ-centered, parent-partnered education.

In order to enroll your child(ren) in St. Francis Xavier Catholic School please complete the steps below.

SFXCS uses the “actual cost to educate” tuition model. Thanks to the generosity and support of many, every family who completes a financial aid assessment and/or participates in the EITC (PA tax credit) program, will receive a guaranteed financial discount to their tuition. We encourage ALL FAMILIES to please complete both the financial aid assessment and to consider applying for participation in the EITC program. EITC is a MAJOR source of funding for our school. In addition, businesses, grandparents, other family members, and friends can join the program! The more EITC funding that we receive, the more financial assistance we have available to keep your tuition low!

All families are eligible to request additional financial assistance - we do not believe in turning away families for financial reasons.

Steps to Register/Enroll:

1. Click Here to register and create an account with us.

2. Print out, complete, sign and return the tuition agreement. Tuition agreements are preliminary and do NOT include any additional financial assistance that you might be eligible for.

3. Create a STS (Simple Tuition Solutions) account for tuition management and payment plan options by visiting the Simple Tuition Solutions website. If prompted, our school code is 20576. If you need additional assistance, please download the “How to Guide” by Clicking HERE.

4. Submit a financial aid application through STS (if interested in tuition assistance).

5. Apply for participation in the EITC program by Clicking HERE.

6. Apply for a scholarship. Additional information about our scholarships can be found by clicking HERE. We do have scholarships available for students transferring into our school in grades 1-8 ($1,500) and scholarships for our “Refer-A-Friend” credit ($250).
